Despite being held on Father's Day we had 18 competitors this year - a bit down on last year but understandable.  That said there were lots of Father Son pairs that joined.  Dene Gilbert (Ex English Teacher - roughly 2015-2022) won.  The format was really good this year - the 5 winners, one from each group that went out - all went into a one hole playoff down the first while the rest of us lined the fairway and then gathered round the green to watch.  Dene won it with a par 4.  Longest drive on the 18th was ex-student Joe Bennett and the nearest the pin on the 11th was his Dad Dave Bennett. 

It was a lot of fun and hopefully we can get even more attendees next year.
